WHOLESALE: RETAIL ONLY.
• Opening orders:
- Must include valid resellers license
- Must include valid confirmation of retail or online store
- Payment is due in full before order ships.
- Invoice must be signed by store owner
- Ships only to retail location, unless otherwise approved
• Minimum Orders:
- Soy Candles (10.25 oz): 24 candles, with minimum 4 units per scent
- Votive Mercury Glass Soy Candles: 12 candles, with minimum 4 units per scent
- Metal Travel Tin Candles (2 oz): 24 tins, with minimum 6 units per scent
- Greeting Cards: $100, with minimum 6 units per style
• Re-orders: Net 30 terms available. No MOQ.
• Shipping: Buyer pays shipping. We’ll send an invoice including shipping charges, when your order is ready to ship.
• Claims: Any claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 5 days of receipt for replacements or a credit.
After this time, Wolfgang & Isabella cannot be held responsible for the items.
