how do i place an order?
Place an order by clicking on a the drop down menu beside a product and adding items to you cart. Once items are in your cart, you may go to your cart to adjust quantity. You may also call us to place an order. Note that payment for orders placed over the phone will be processed via Square, which is a secure payment processor that accepts all major credit cards.
payment & shipping...
Payments are currently processed through Paypal, therefore, we accept all major credit cards or bank transfers made through PayPal. Shipping is through USPS and includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you would like to make other payment/shipping arrangements or stop by our studio to shop in person, please email or call us at 323.397.5599.

returns & refunds...
Wolfgang & Isabella hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your purchase provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Please follow the steps outlined below to return your goods to us.
Step 1...
Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and return address. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return, as well as the reason for your return.
Step 2...
Once you have received your RAN, please include it on your shipping label and in a note within the box. You also need to indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them so they are not damaged on their return back to us.
Step 3...
Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage). If you live close to our studio in the Los Angeles area, you are more than welcome to stop by our studio to do your exchange or return. Please call us in advance to arrange an appointment so that we are able to accomodate your request to visit. Note that step 4 still applies to returns made in person and still allow 21 days for processing.
Step 4...
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods, unless it is deemed defective in manufacturing. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 21 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 21 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
